Botanical Gardens

Guided tour of the Cambridge University Botanical Gardens

Exploring plants used in medicines and dyes

The participants were led on the tour of the Gardens by the curator, Margeaux Apple. In this visit, we paid special attention to the plants that we had discussed during the course of the sessions. The second half was an opportunity to closely examine the physical elements of the botanicals through a drawing workshop led by Sa’adiah Khan.
